Product training is an integral part of the services offered by Indigo 4 Systems Limited. Training is provided to an organisation as part of the initial purchase of Keystone, tQuest and Review. Additional product training is available for new members of staff or refresher training, particularly on new version releases for members of staff that are used to using the solutions.

Training is delivered by a Training Accreditation Programme (TAP) accredited trainer, using a laptop and generic solutions. This method allows training to proceed regardless of any local issues that may arise on the day.

Product training can be carried out either at the offices of Indigo 4 Systems Limited in Sheffield or at a suitable venue within the organisation's location. The format of the training is flexible to suit the individual organisation's requirements. tQuest and Review training is delivered as user and administration sessions. Examples of the types of training that can be delivered are; administration training for up to 6 delegates in a training suite; user training delivered as either a drop in workshop or seminars for up to 40 people.

Following the 'go live' of tQuest or Review for organisational users, the Indigo 4 Systems Limited trainer can be available for floor walking. Keystone training is delivered as an overview to the core product and the organisation's relevant modules.
