Indigo 4 Systems Limited has a dedicated and experienced support team who are
not only fully conversant in the support of our solutions but also the design,
programming, installation and configuration of the solutions. It is a
requirement of the company’s Service Level Agreement that customers provide
secure remote access to the solutions installed, remotely via N3. All of the
Indigo 4 Systems Limited support staff sign up to the company Information
Security policy and the NHS Information Governance policy, only by adhering to
this are the staff granted access to our remote customer installations. Calls
can be raised with our support desk via telephone or email. Our standard support
service provides cover Monday to Thursday 0900 to 1730 and Friday 0900 to 1700.
Indigo 4 Systems Limited also offers an Out of Hours Support service which
provides cover on a Saturday and Sunday and some Bank Holidays.

Access to Indigo 4 Support Centre is available for all trained and certified
users of Indigo 4 software.

Calls are charged at local rate. Opening hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
(Monday - Thursday) and 9.00am - 5.00pm (Friday). Excludes bank and public
holidays. Cover is provided during Christmas and New Year as
described in your Service Level Agreement.
