Indigo 4 Systems Limited employs a number of project managers to deliver national and local projects. The experienced team members manage customer software implementations and provide external consultancy to organisations, for large and small complex IT projects.
All members of the project management team are PRINCE2 qualified. At Indigo 4 Systems Limited our committed project managers adopt an integrated approach to any project lifecycle. The project managers work alongside teams of solution developers, production programmers (who tailor software to customers' individual requirements) and implementation engineers (who configure, build and implement our solutions). Effective project management is crucial to the success of every implementation.
To ensure a timely and accurate delivery of any contract or order, an organisation will be assigned a dedicated PRINCE2 Practitioner project manager. The project manager will work with a team of technical experts within the company in order to assess, analyse and deliver the project successfully.
Detailed project plan(s) will be produced and maintained throughout the lifecycle of any implementation. The project manager will also produce and maintain a risk and issues log.
For maintaining quality of service, Indigo 4 Systems Limited has Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place. These are provided to and signed by all customers. |
