Commitment to Quality

At Indigo 4 we are committed to providing both quality software and professional services to our customers. In July 2004, as part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we were awarded certification to the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard by CCAS (Chamber Certification Assessment Services Limited) who are accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service)


This external verification means that the company is able to attest the quality of its software development, implementation, support and sales operations to customers and suppliers. Our quality management systems were previously verified internally.

ISO 9001:2000 accreditations are awarded by a large number of certification bodies, but only a proportion of those are accredited through the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) which is the sole national accreditation body recognised by HM Government. Our certification enables us to display the prestigious UKAS national accreditation mark on correspondence and promotional material.

As a company committed to listening to, and meeting, the needs of customers, we provide a number of mechanisms by which customers can contact us with their thoughts and suggestions. These include regional user groups, eForums, and the maintenance and review of a 'suggestions database' into which ideas are fed from our Support Centre and via our account managers, amongst others.
